I purchased the Supreme over a year ago and am extremely impressed with the quality and function. It is amazing on my rooftop deck! Fast service and delivery. We ordered the 10’ umbrella with Terylast Fabric and it appears to be very well made. The hand crank system works very easily and the tilt mechanism operates smoothly. Very happy.

The swivel tilt will mean you can position the umbrella for any angle of the sun, providing shade on demand. The shipping was very quick, and the umbrellas were packaged well also. A few months ago we purchased three (3) large striped SWILT umbrellas for our pool area. They are the nicest umbrellas we've ever had in over 40 years of various pool and patio ownerships. These may be a bit more expensive than you'd find in a "big-box" store but worth every extra penny because the quality is obvious. Thru our own fault we had a small problem with one following a recent unexpected and unusually strong FL Keys windstorm. Following an email "Nate" immediately replied, was extremely helpful and went over and above in assisting, sending a new part via Fed-Ex...at no charge...which we never expected. Thank you Midtown and Nate. We are now in the process of ordering a 4th umbrella to match the other 3, as my wife really likes the design and the look, and of course wants the place to look like her own private resort!!
