He also made me feel like I finally wasn’t getting scammed, definitely made starting my further education journey wayyyy smoother and easy for me. Brittany Stockman was absolutely amazing helping me get started. She answered every question I had and gave me all the information I needed to prepare for school and walked me through each step when it came to getting started. She went above and beyond to help me.

It was easy to complete my program while working a full-time job. I stayed several weeks ahead of schedule and finished the Surgical Tech program in about 10 weeks. It prepared me to start my clinicals and made me confident going into my entry-level job. The career and academic advisors were very helpful in navigating the course, updating my resume, and creating a job search plan. I found a job after just 1-2 weeks. I have learned that many schools require clinicals to be unpaid, but you CAN get paid while doing clinicals for the TS-C certification, and I will get my hourly pay increased after I finish my certification. Other tech's at my job spent 40k and 18 months getting their certification, but I will have spent only 4k and about 6 months max. Very positive experience at MedCerts, and would recommend to anyone seeking for a Surgical Technologist job.

Robin and Nikki are both wonderful people and make the experience a wonderful one. They took their time to make sure I understood everything and it was an excellent experience and I highly recommend MedCerts to anyone!

Mark was really helpful, punctual and made me excited to start the program.

I completed the phlebotomy class in 4 weeks. I was very excited, only to be let down. Trying to find a clinical site is a joke. You get no help from MedCerts at all. I've reached out to 2 urgent care centers, 5 plasma centers, 2 labs, a physician office and a hospital. And none of them does clinicals at their location. I've even reached out to another online school who told me that they allow their students to complete their clinicals via video to ensure they get done, If needed. To get a list of possible clinical sites emailed to you that has nursing homes and assisted living facilities on it as possible clinical location that's a sign that the class was of waste of time and the certificate of completion isn't worth the paper it's printed on. Save yourself time and agony of being let down and don't apply to this "School"

MedCerts is an excellent choice for online asynchronous medical programs. Their team is exceptional - friendly, responsive, and professional. I chose them for the second time, and from the start, Nikki Paquette and Garith Parker, my Student Success Advisor, provided a great experience throughout my educational journey, culminating in passing my Pharmacy Technician certification exam.

It's an informative class but I would have liked a hard copy text book instead of downloading a ton of loose pages and I would have really liked help finding a place to do my clinicals. I don't really know how to find a place so I think I just pretty much wasted my time and money because Redcross offers free phlebotomy classes and gets you clinicals without making you search that onlytake fourweeks.
