My family and I were going to have me start the Phlebotomy training in the winter time, but were unsure of when. I’m a full time college student and there are other options in my area so we’re weighing the pros and cons. I looked up, “is MedCerts reliable” online and a BUNCH of personal forms came up saying that the process was very tedious and you may receive absolute radio silence if you have questions throughout the program or about your externship. This was a common thread that I kept seeing where people didn’t get as much help as they were told they’d receive in the beginning with various things. I told Mark that I had seen some bad reviews so I was on the fence and will hold off from joining for now. (In the meantime, I had filled out the educator form Mark sent me to ask specific questions and concerns to an educator within the program. I was waiting to hear back with that email.) Mark responds with this condescending text saying, and I quote, “Bad reviews??? I don’t know where you looked. Oh ok. Sounds like something else has changed. We have great reviews. Often, students don’t know how to say they changed their mind, or that other issues have caused them not to get started. Let me know.” This response took me aback and I immediately told him that I was just waiting on the educators response to these concerns, but due to the nature of that text, I won’t be joining.
I was able to start my education goals with Nicole walking me through each step in the process.

I received a call from Jon Lange for the Pharmacy Technician program and the whole time I felt very supported and motivated. Do not hesitate to call for any interest in their program. The PTCB certification can help with anyone interested in nursing or applying for nursing school. Definitely would recommend.

Only 1 hour after emailing them in regards to information on classes/courses related to their Phlebotomy Class, Mark Y. Called me & helped a ton with registration and payment plans ect. He also kept in contact with me via text & helped me every step of the way. Very affordable & great Student reps! If you’re thinking about trying them out, GO FOR IT.

I was initially nervous about enrolling in medcerts since I didn't know much about the program but after talking to Rena I felt reassured.
