Nikki is a professional and made enrollment very easy and painless. I have already given one of my colleagues her information, due to them being interested in the same course.
The lessons were very easy to understand and presented in a way that is easy to grasp. I had support from the advisors throughout the course.
MedCerts is very misleading. I was told when starting this program that my state was accredited, and I would be able to find clinical sites & a job. During the program the courses were easy, but I feel like they didn't go in depth like they should. After the program was completed, I started looking for clinical sites and no hospital in the area accepted MedCerts. I spoke with my advisor, and she would transfer me to student relations, and they were no help. In the end, I wasted all my time and money and I would not recommend this school to anyone.
The Entire Staff & Admissions Process was an amazing experience for me! I personally liked the interactive lessons & hands-on experience that the CCMA program provided. I think the entire format was very easy to navigate & learn. It was presented in a non- overwhelming manner. I would recommend that every online learning platform should use this method. If anyone is ever thinking about going to school, I highly recommend MedCerts! Lastly, I would like to thank my Student Advisor Ms. PJ for being an Amazing Advisor!!
Ashley O is hands down the BEST! Her help, guidance & support has just made this entire MedCert experience that much better than I was expecting. Well the reason for my experience being great so far is because Paul’s customer service was great from the start. He was very informative with the info about the program and its requirements. And even patient with me during my difficult time with losing a love one. So I appreciate the service so far

I worked with Heather Ruggiero as my advisor. She was amazing! I couldn't have asked for a better advisor. I was so nervous about sitting for my exams but with Heather's help and encouragement I felt like I could really succeed. With her support I passed my two exams. MedCerts is lucky to have her as a part of their team, she represents them very well and I was fortunate she was assigned to me.

My advisor Angie was the absolute best on helping me fill out my documents and getting me set up with the phlebotomy program. Daniel, the advisor there, helped me through the process and made everything very easy to do. I am currently deployed and he was still able to work around the time difference to get my funding approved. Another member of his team emailed and reached out to me as well to ensure everything was taken care of. MedCerts has an amazing team full of wonderful advisors.
I wish I had of found this program before I even finished my degree!! Yvette has been great with calling and checking up on me through this process. The payment department are great as well. They have been so understanding with payments and for this I am 110% I will finish this out. Most programs aren't equipped with the people who actually care and look forward to your success. I would recommend any and everyone to join this program to see for themselves.
David Garcia was the one I spoke with about getting started and he explained everything perfectly and helped me through the payment process. Even though I had very few questions he answered them for me and I am grateful. I am also able to reach out to him if I need any help with anything which is great. Can’t wait to start!
