Great quality, timely delivery
I have a FleroL bag which I was given as a present over 8 years ago. During a recent trip I lost a pin which attached the handle to the bag. I phoned Maxwell Scott and explained the issue, after giving them some photos I received a replacement pin and a spare. Retailers who often fail disabled customers with complex return policies can take some lessons from Maxwell Scott Bags. They have organised a seamless and efficient exchange on the same date and at the preferred customer's location. There was no need to print return labels and go to post office to send one item and wait for the delivery of the correct item on a different day.

I ordered a wallet, I had to wait a little longer as the colour I chose was out of stock. It eventually arrived and it looked fantastic the quality and look of the leather was incredible, so soft and the colour was perfect. I couldn't have been more pleased. I will definitely buy from here again.

Excellent iPhone case. Top quality product. Great customer service. Ordered and received within 3 days. The product is advertised as an iPhone 11 case, but also fits iPhone 13 or 14. This was my first time buying from Maxwell-Scott. I will buy from here again.
It's a very nice case and the real leather makes it elegant. Only slight snag is the lock keeps opening if the contents load is slightly heavier.
My wife's birthday luggage still not received 5 weeks after the order ! Maxwell Scott assured me they will be able to reach out to me yesterday : it has been two days since, and still no news. A brand new bag was supposed to be shipped with express delivery, however I am still waiting to know what is going on ? I am very disappointed by the way Maxwell Scott managed this situation and didn't respond professionally as they assured me they would. Hope my wife will finally received her birthday luggage asap.

I had looked for a decent wallet for ages, but found only the American style 'bill fold' which was too bulky and didn't have decent credit cards holders. I was happy to pay a bit more for a first class product.
