I purchased a carry on bag for a little over £1,000, on first use the top handle broke, which made it incredibly difficult to manouver around the airport and onto and off the plane. Customer service sent a new screw and suggested I fix it myself and glue it as well. I would have expected significantly better quality, and better customer service.

Card holder wallet received as a corporate gift, stitching on the card holder sections came undone within a year. I'll stick with my premium brand mont blanc as although it costs more it lasts longer. Update - customer service is first class. Free replacement offered without hassle. Will update when i've got the new one.
