Had an issue with the order, everything was explained to me quickly. Received what I expected good quality and it stand out from other briefcase. There was no strong odor like the others reviews said. It's easy to set up a new lock number and I can easily put up to 2 laptops in the higher compartment. I just wish it's gonna last my whole career.

Great product and they were very helpful with my last-minute request to changes in personalised embossing on the product. I would have liked it to have arrived with better packaging. It had a large presentation box for a small product and was rattling around inside. This left some small marks on the leather.

Beautiful bag. I’m a barrister and need something suitable for court while also fitting my laptop and some A4 clips - this arrived within a day and the quality is really beautiful. Very happy with the bag itself. Unfortunately the website seems to have an issue accepting Amex - tried to buy it twice, both times the site gave me an error message. Eventually bought it on debit card and that worked

I would recommend you consider using 360 degrees spinner wheels for you luggage which is what you have in modern trolleys.. I was really disappointed when I got my Piazzale trolley and it had just one way wheels.
