Very, very fast delivery and such a nice product. I will be ordering again. I personalized my gift and it looks great. Packaging could be a bit nicer though....box is too big for the product; add some crepe paper.
Despite the order I placed not being in stock and a couple of issues until I finally got one that I wanted I was telephoned to keep me up to date and I spoke to the same person each time. Also this was a gift going to Eire and they sorted all the customs so there was no issue when it arrived there. My nephew is delighted with his 18th birthday present.

Bag was delayed due to back order however Sam Bates assured me it would be in within 7 days and sent ASAP. And it was! Beautifully crafted bag! My only improvement would a slightly longer shoulder strap.
I ordered and paid for an item on line from this company and it stated was in stock, but then got an email from them saying that it was out of stock, now waiting for a refund still 5 days later, beware they mislead you and give weak excuses !!!!! 😡
