Product shipped in a timely manner and was in good condition. Product is well made and will fit our application perfectly. I do have a couple of quibbles.... The information graphics on the installation instructions are almost illegible. The protective grout guard was not included. The stainless steel spillway extension will not fit over the ABS spillway without trimming of the plastic. Otherwise, I am satisfied.

Everyone has been accommodating, knowledgeable and informative. Even when I've made a mistake in ordering, they have promptly and cordially made adjustments for me and arranged for refunds. Truly the best customer service we have received on our pool product purchasing. When another vendor fell very short, Majestic Water Spouts jumped right in to save the day. Not only is the product superior to what we ordered originally, it was in stock and available for local pick up next day! I cannot wait for the pool to be done so we can share the wonderful photos of the 316 marine grade stainless steel scuppers in all their glory.

Very satisfied with the advice, delivery, and quality of the product. The clean sheet of water from the spillways makes all the difference! We made the decision to maintain our three 12" spillways, rather than downsizing to two 18" spillways. There is more water action and balance. We had the spillways installed 3 inches out from the new tile and this really keeps the water away from the tile and creates a beautiful fountain effect. Time will tell how the patina will look, but hopes are high for a blending of the natural colors of the tile and pool. I spoke to many a tile, stone vendor, and pool repair specialist. They all advised us to stay with tile, as you can easily bead blast the surface to look like new. Ledgerstone will calcify rapidly due to the porous nature of the stone. Stone is very difficult to maintain and looks discolored due to calcium deposits within months. Impossible to really clean versus bead blasting tile. Unfortunately with new pools and remodels, people are demanding stone features near the spillways. The vendors and pool repair specialists hear the disappointment with permanent calcium stains on stone walls below spillways from their customers. Also stay away from black tile. Difficult to maintain. One suggestion for Majestic Water Spouts is to really have customer service reps who can answer some of the basic questions about their products. After a few calls I spoke with a specialist and he was awesome. The two ladies before knew nothing and described themselves as "order takers".

Purchased from Montreal, Canada. Every stainless spillway/water blade around here seems to be made in China. I wanted quality steel and workmanship, and from the looks of the product I just recieved...that's what I got. Thank you Doug for your help answering my questions during our phone conversation, and for the advice on possible installation options. The packaging was superb. The stainless was packed in lots of dense styrofoam and plastic wrap to protect my purchase more than adequately. -Easy online transaction. -Fast shipping. -Great communication from majestic before and after purchase. I highly recommend them.
