Received 48” nakano spill way damaged. Took pictures and sent it to them and they said it was the contractors fault who is me. I opened the undamaged box and found the product dented. They told me to recoup my money by trying to sell a damaged product to someone else on eBay.

Built my own waterfall using 2 of the 18” waterspouts ordered 4 days before I needed they were here the day before I installed. Plumbing was straight forward.
