We ordered 5 scuppers for a project and 1 did not fit properly even with us trying different approaches. The customer service department was awesome. Great product for a 6’ waterfall. Minimal debris gets caught and the cleaning tool works perfect. Recommend using a 1HP to maximize the water flow.

The water spout looks good feels sturdy and shipped quick. I hope it can stand up to the harsh salt water pool environment.
The product looks good. Well made and delivered packaged correctly. I would have liked to have some warranty information and specification i.e. minimal water input rate. Additionally, built in mounting rails would have been nice. This is my second weir the first one was stainless steel and it rusted within months.
