Doug Owczarczak and his team are certainly the best I have dealth with for a number of years. Professional, engaging and knowledgable. If you want also a great product this company is the way to go. I had bought a spillway off Amazon and had it installed, turns out this product was inferer for our pool. I called Majesctic and spoke with Doug who guided me through the process of buying a copper spillway and what to expect. The conversation was honest, knowledgable and also he took a genuine interest. If you read this review please take it from someone who works in customer service "trust this company and don't use anyone else".
