Working with MWSpouts to obtain 5 scuppers for our entry fountain was a great experience. First, they had a great selection of fountain water spouts/scuppers sizes and types. Upon inspection, the scuppers are well built and are of good quality. Importantly, while the company's shipping process is standardized, they were willing to massage the process as much as possible to send the scuppers as quickly as possible. This willingness to try and help us was impressive, and the materials arrived in time to keep the project on schedule. Overall, the product quality and excellent customer service earn them a 10/10.

Quick turnaround and easy order
Very nice people and easy to work with, but sent the wrong color product. Easy to get it right, but took a couple days and was inconvenient.
Majestic saved us by doing a rush custom finish order when another company somehow got all the measurements completely wrong. We love our Majestic scuppers! They're absolutely perfect, look amazing, and they're exactly the finish color we wanted. Kristine was super helpful and always responded quickly. Without such excellent service we would have had to wait who knows how many MORE months to get our pool. Wish we'd ordered from Majestic from the jump!
