contacted Charlie regarding a watch I seen on there website.. luxe watches was to far for me to travel as I'm from Manchester... Charlie was god enough to send me pictures of the watch in real time on WhatsApp.. I like it he sent me a invoice over I payed and it arrived at my house in 2 days.. wonderful service great watch couldn't be more happy with the experience
From starting to look for a service to my Rolex Daytona I was impressed with Luxe Watches, they gave me the confidence to trust them with my watch. They were priced competitively but had a shorter turnaround period of just 4 weeks, after the watch had been serviced it was returned to me 5 days less than the 4 weeks. Looks brand new again. Definitely recommend these and will use them again for my other watches.

I bought a watch from Arif as a present for my wife. Excellent service, both beforehand with clips of the choices emailed to me, and in store. Unfortunately it was not to her liking. Fast, professional and fantastic service! Used the online valuation service via the Luxe watches website, which was really easy to navigate for insurance purposes. Within 48 hours the market value arrived along with a certificate which the insurers required. Excellent service received on my Rolex. From start to finish I was kept up to date with progress and informed immediately that there was an additional charge to pay for replacement part (which I was happy to accept). Also received my watch back in 10 days and it looks as good as new - would recommend Luxe to anyone.
