Would highly recommend. Before I attended to pick up the GMT I had assistance by mail from both Josh and Jake, both were very knowledgeable and helpful 5 ⭐️. On the day I was looked after by Adam, he made several adjustments etc nothing too much trouble - again a 5 ⭐️ experience.
Dealt with Jake. Went down there are put down a deposit on the new Daytona. They held it for me for a few days until I went it and cleared the balance a few days later. Very straight forward stuff. No issues what so ever. Easily recommend them.

I purchased an unworn Rolex Sea Dweller 126600 50th Anniversary. It came like new with boxes and papers/invoice on next day delivery. The service was second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate purchasing a luxury watch from them again.

I liked their watch and it was very elegant, but unfortunately I had to return the product this time. But the customer service has been excellent during the return process. Tom Osborne himself stepped in to make sure my experience was smooth. They issued the return shipping label promptly and my refund was processed in just a day. Great company, good products, I will return to buy the Automatic version of their watch once its out.
