Dealt with Jake on a purely mail order transaction. The watch was as described apart from a couple of very minor marks - nothing to worry about considering the deal price. I also noticed that the watch was missing two links from the bracelet. These were sent out next day which was a display of good service. Would deal with Luxe again in the future.

I recently bought a watch from Luxe Watches. Their website was very good and helped in my initial selection by displaying the actual watches for sale with good supporting information & pics. Telephone contact was good as was response to emails in order to arrange an appointment to view. Nick carried out a discrete friendly viewing at the agreed time and was very knowledgable about the product which was entirely as previously described. I was pleasantly surprised by Luxewatches services, especially the after care. After buying a watch from them I accidentally scratched it. I took it back in to them and all staff really seemed that they genuinely cared. They fixed the scratch and and had it back to me the next day free of charge. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

I recently bought a watch from Jake at Luxe Watches. I found the watch through Chrono24. The initial communication was by email. Jake was very prompt in responding and very friendly. I also went to their shop in Buckhurst Hill to check the watch. Everything was as described and I went home the happy owner of a new watch. I highly recommend them.
