Order no. T011618903 This is so ridiculous for this company service. I ordered it on 21 Jul 2024 and want to cancel this item after the few hours on the same day, but Lusiaviaroma customer service replied me that I couldn’t cancel the item but I can return it when I received the parcel. AFTER nine day, I finally received the parcel on 29 Jul (my order has 3 items), I took out the 2 other Sacai items only and arrange the DHL to collect the return parcel of Jil Sander shirt on the same day. I never try the returned item or cut any security tag, I returned the original packing which they sent it to me. Luckily, I took the pictures before I sent it out for evidence. I emailed all the photos to Lusiaviaroma on 29 Jul already. Lusiaviaroma had received my parcel on 31 July, and I chased them to process my return during 1 Aug. However, they notified me via email on 6 Aug 2024 which my return parcel does not comply their return policy! Ridiculous!!!’That is the status which they sent to me, how come the security tag is missing or the original packing does not come with security tag. I request them to refund me immediately and don’t waste my time anymore!!! Waiting for their reply now! I have bought things from Lusiaviaroma many times but have no experience for return merchandise. So disappointed for this company!😔 Updated on 8 August 2024 Received an email from Lusiaviaroma, they finally process my refund and will refund the amount (30 Eur deducted for return fee) to my original payment at least 10 days from now. Hope I can receive we the refund soon.

Il prodotto e il packaging, un po' lente le spese di spedizione, ormai siamo abituati ad avere i prodotti in 24h 48 ore dell'ordine. Nel complesso ovviamente siete una garanzia.

Servizio clienti zero, dipendenti inviperiti, ma li pagano? Ho acquistato un maglione Max Mara abbinato a uno shirt che avevo invece che sul sito Max Mara solo per avere una consegna più veloce. Il pacco è stato spedito una settimana dopo l’ordine, non hanno risposto alla mia mail in cui chiedevo di cambiare l’indirizzo di spedizione e il corriere ha consegnato il pacco e c’è una firma falsa sulla ricevuta. L’assistenza aspetta che io controlli dove è finito il pacco. Ma scherziamo? Legalmente sono loro i responsabili e non essendo in sede non tocca a me verificarne. Inoltre sia per telefono che via mail impiegato sempre maleducati e poco propensi a risolvere i problemi dei clienti: che vergogna!

I ordered from this company on may 31st. Shorts and shirt I ordered was too small on me, and since it costed $650, I decided to return this. I experienced some difficulties in returning, and I consulted the customer service and in the begining, they were very resposive, kind and helpfull. They received my item on June 21st, and since then, I never got my refund! In the beggining, they were replying on my email saying ,,We got your email and working on your request", but that was all. I never got my money back. This is not how they suppose to do bussiness. They more look like a scam, but not serious company!

Al final he recibido el bolso! Despues de comprarlo, estuve varios dias sin saber nada, hasta q me decidí a escribir mi opinion. Al cabo de 1 hora de escribir mi opnion, recibí un mensaje diciendo q el pedido habia sido enviado. Al final, lo he recibido hoy...

Sono cliente LUISAVIAROMA da anni e riesco a trovare veramente di tutto, che dire ….ormai faccio fatica ad acquistare altrove!spedizioni veloci e rimborsi idem

Poor customer service (updated): 1. After placing order, LUISAVIAROMA stated “delay of 2-3 days.” 2. After 5 days, the order was still “processing.” Called customer service. The associate’s behavior was not respectful or considerate (I tried to ask my one question at least three times, however the associate would talk over me when trying to ask). Associate said “2-3 day delay” was on top of their “usual delay.” After the conversation, I still didn’t know when my order would be processed, shipped, or delivered. The associate never asked for my order number. 3. A few hours after this review was originally posted, LUISAVIAROMA asked Trustpilot to flag my review as they “may not be able to recognize [my] review as genuine.” (As you/the consumer may know, some businesses/ companies tend to flag/ remove negative reviews only.) 4. Six days after I placed my order, I received notification my order shipped. Unfortunately, I had included and paid for “express shipping” as well. 5. Seven days after placing my order, DHL let me know that at the request of the shipper, LUISAVIAROMA, my signature would be required for delivery. And LUISAVIAROMA disabled the following delivery options: Signature Release, Service Point/ Locker, Alternate Address, and Leave with a Neighbor/ Office/ Security. Note: (A) My order was less than $500. (B) LUISAVIAROMA did not communicate before, during, or after I placed the order to let me know they would require a signature for delivery (meaning, with only one day's notice, I had to take the day off work in order to stay home to wait for the delivery, from 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM). Based on my experience, I would not recommend LUISAVIAROMA.
