Ich werde hier nie wieder bestellen und warne jeden einzelnen davor. Wir haben mit PayPal bezahlt, allerdings ist auf dem Account noch eine alte E-Mail-Adresse hinterlegt, auf die wir keinen Zugriff mehr haben (das Passwort konnte nicht zurückgesetzt werden, da diese E-Mail-Adresse nicht mehr existiert). Das Retourenlabel wurde daher an die E-Mail-Adresse geschickt, auf die wir keinen Zugriff haben. Wir haben etliche Male angerufen und E-Mails geschrieben, mit der Bitte, das Retourenlabel an unsere aktuelle E-Mail-Adresse zu senden – vergeblich! Wir werden komplett ignoriert! Wenn uns nicht geholfen wird, werden wir rechtliche Schritte einleiten. Bestellnummer: T0011617260
SPEDIZIONI LENTE.. Ordine fatto l’08 agosto e non ancora spedito nonostante abbia pagato 10€ di spese di spedizione. Ma leggo che non sono la sola a lamentarmi di questo!
Apprezzo tanto l’azienda, mi piace fare shopping su questo sito, l’unico neo non positivo a mio parere è il fatto di avere un solo metodo di spedizione e pagare questo servizio in più ad ogni ordine

Bestellung T0011603467. Habe seit 4 Wochen keine Bestätigung per Mail bekommen. Das Geld für die Gucci Tasche habe ich vorab per Kreditkarte bezahlt!!! Einen Widerruf habe ich mindestens 5x an den Kundendienst geschickt und keine Antwort bekommen. Telefonisch bis heute auch ohne Erfolg!! Unwürdig für einen Onlineshop mit Luxusmarken!

Servizio clienti TERRIBILE! Non ordinate da questa piattaforma. Ordine T0011682216 Ho chiesto di cancellare l’ordine, tramite il servizio clienti telefonico (essendo che c’era un malfunzionamento nel My Area) ed ero dentro le 3 ore prestabilite dall’azienda per cancellare l’ordine, mi è stato detto di scrivere all’e-mail al costumer service perché lei non poteva fare nulla sulla cancellazione degli ordini perché di un livello inferiore. TRE GIORNI ho dovuto attendere per una risposta, per farmi dire che il mio ordine ormai è in lavorazione che non può essere annullato. In ogni caso la spedizione sarebbe stata fatta in 1-2 giorni come può metterci 3 giorni ad avere una risposta un cliente se avesse anche altri tipo di problemi? Inaccettabile

I placed an order (T0011679433) with Express shipping, for the huge price of 26 euros on Monday evening (05/08/2024), today is Thursday and they still haven't delivered the package to the courier. I've emailed them twice, but they just ignore me. At the payment step it says that delivery will take 1-2 days. For this shipping price, SSENSE, Farfetch and other online stores deliver orders in 2 days or less.
Ich muss mich (leider) den vorherigen Bewertungen anschließen. 16€ versandgebühren verlangen und die bestellte Ware lange nicht versenden, ist kein guter Stil eines Luxus-Onlineshops. Keinerlei Auskunft wann man mit Bestellung rechnen kann…. Nicht sehr professionell!
