Very poor delivery and service Major delay in processing and sending customer orders - they do not state this until after checkout funnily enough. I emailed twice and received no reply to my request to cancel. Meanwhile I was able to order the same item via another company and it arrived within 3 days.

I made my order, and purchased express shipping (which costs 30eur and says it will be delivered within 1-2 days). The company didn't ship it within a week. My emails were not answered, and once I called them the only answer they could give was: 'we cannot do anything. To ship it sooner - impossible. To cancel order - impossible'. As I see the reviews there are multiple people with same problem. I do not recommend this website for anyone, choose their competitors, as all other websites has much better team at warehouse and customer service.

My experience is similar to others during the sale period. They advertise competitive timelines before you order but don’t stick to them. I made an order last week (T0011633741). I paid £16 for express shipping. 1 week later the order is still processing. I sent two emails to either update me whether my order will make it to me by Saturday the latest, otherwise if they can cancel it because I’m leaving for a month and I won’t be able to receive the package or return it. I never got an answer and the order is still processing. They also don’t have a chat function, just a phone number which I am sure charges a lot and an email address which they don’t reply to. Extremely bad customer service given that this is a website for luxury products. EDIT: I placed my order last Wednesday morning and I just received it today (7 days since order). I appreciate that many of us are placing orders just before holidays which keeps the business extra busy and the customers extra stressed. However, the timelines should be updated during sale times and a chat option should be added for quick customer service.

I have ordered 2 items dated 19th of July and still no parcel in sight. It says processing since ordered until now (29/07/24) and UK postage is £16, I have contacted them thru email last week but as expected no reply so I emailed them again today for cancellation and refund. You will be losing a lot of good customers, a reply would be appreciated but simply you do not care 👎.

Non metto in dubbio la vastità dei prodotti..ma un reso ( cambio numero ) ho aspettato 22 giorni ,inoltre prodotto acquistato al 30% di sconto ( saldi) che il giorno dopo era scontato del 40%.

Tydzień temu w poniedziałek rano zamówiłam kolczyki, zapłaciłam 30€ za dostawę ekspresową, ponieważ w środę miałam urodziny i chciałam zrobić sobie prezent. Kolczyki wysłano dopiero po TYGODNIU, w następny poniedziałek. Ktoś niżej pisał, źe czekał na odprawę 3 dni - mieliście szczęście jak się okazuje. Gówniany sklep i tyle. Polecam wszystkim FF i MYT bo od trzech lat nie miałam z nimi problemów, a z LVR zamawiałam kilka razy i zawsze coś jest nie tak.

I placed my online order on July 21 AND paid for expedited shipping… it has been one week and I still have not heard anything regarding the status of my order. This is not okay. This is not professional! I am going on vacation soon, and need my order ASAP. If you aren’t going to update me and not ship my order in time, then PLEASE just cancel and refund my money. — UPDATE… Literally, a day after posting this review I finally received the shipping information via email and my item arrived about 3 days later. Item is brand new and as described! Although I received my order, people (like myself) leave negative reviews because you leave us hanging for over a week without any updates regarding our order status even though we paid for expedited shipping. I don’t know if I’d order again from them because of the anxiety this put me through due to zero communication for over a week about my order! Communication is KEY in providing customer service satisfaction!

Order placed over a week ago but still has not shipped despite paying EUR26 for fast shipping and remains listed as "processing." I have sent two emails to customer service to query, and have received no response.

Ho acquistato per la prima volta su questo sito una borsa. Oltre ad essermi arrivata dopo 10 giorni mi accorgo che uno dei 2 moschettoni della tracolla è ossidato. Stavo per fare il reso ma prima ho deciso di chiamare il servizio clienti per capire i tempi di rimborso. Dal servizio clienti mi dicono di inviare email con le foto dell oggetto difettoso prima di effettuare il reso. Sono passati 3 giorni e ancora nessuna risposta. Visto la poca serietà di questa azienda ho preferito portare in riparazione e spendere altri soldi piuttosto che effettuare un reso che chissà se mai mi avrebbero rimborsato. In conclusione non acquisterò mai più da loro.

I placed my order a week ago and my credit card was already charged. I reached out to Customer Service via email and it was silence - no response whatsoever to provide an update. They are supposedly a competitor to luxury online retail stores and rivals to the alikes of Mytheresa, FWRD, Net-a-Porter, yet the way they handle customer service is nowhere near.

Numero ordine T0011624148 Ho ordinato uno Zaino il 21 luglio, mi avevano assicurato che sarebbe arrivato un giorno massimo due, spedizione a pagamento ed esosa, oggi ne abbiamo 27 lo Zaino non e’ ancora partito. Inaffidabili ed incompetenti, non comprerò mai più da questo sito. Domani parto e sono stato costretto a comprare un altro Zaino.
