I made a mistake and did not order extra strength and it was so easy to cancel that order and redo it.

Horrible horrible service, and my worst ecommerce experience ever. I order products and pay shipping. It arrives two weeks later to a shipping center in my country where they tell me I have to pay an additional shipping fee to collect it. I can't even pick it up in person. It's either pay this extra shipping or don't get the item at all. The customer support refuses to compensate me for this extra shipping too. Absolutely insane. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE.

The website was easy to find the vitamins and essential oils I wanted. Great discounts offered to customers and shipping was quick. I will definitely be ordering and looking at the broad range of products available soon. Many thanks for Australia!

If I could give zero stars i would. Rip off!! No delivery and when queried I was told if and when it does come I would have to pay taxes to customs!!! No words except I'm fuming.

I suggest never order from them the order never arrived and they dont take any escalations, big fraudsters be aware 1 star is also not enough for their fraud

This website is completely a scam, I ordered a product but I received nothing and it was shows in order status as I received the order successfully. I got no money back. No one to talk with Edit 1 : The guy who wrote this comment below 👇 is lying there is no email sent or conversation opened with someone.

I placed my order on September 20. On October 11 I received an email from the Lucky Vitamins asking me if I am happy with my order. Since I haven't received it I contacted the company through the life chat. Franz, The representative I have talked to was nice, but useless. He didn't tell me anything about my order that I didn't know by trucking it. My order never arrived.

Ordered 7th Oct with 4 day delivery. Queried customer service and they said it's on its way, giving a DHL tracking number and link Thing is, that link clicks through to Lucky vitamins website where they give a bogus delivery status. They have supplied a false DHL tracking number. These guys are fraudulent liars. Luckily I ordered via PayPal and will get the money back, but do not touch them. Update: ignore their response, they say this to make you think they have resolved the issue. They never did, they stole money. Avoid.
