because you had everything that I needed. I live in Central America with a shipping address to Miami, so I look for free shipping because I have to pay Customs charges on this end

My order number is LV19783527. My order never got delivered to me. It's been a month now that my order was shipped. I tried contacting customer support and they just give me one reason that i had selected shipping method which doesn't allow tracking of my product. Although it had only one option of shipping method and i selected the same. I feel that my product will never get delivered to me and i lost my money in this SCAM website. I would suggest each and everyone not to use this fake website for ordering atleast for India.

Lucky Vitamin has what I need for the best price

I never received the item. It was marked as shipped and I was charged but their own site says it is waiting for pick up after 2 weeks. When I ordered their site claimed it would be shipped in 24-48 hours and I would receive it in a few days. Their chatbot claims customers are never charged unless the items are shipped. However, I paid for priority shipping and it was never actually shipped. The DHL tracking number is bogus and doesn't work on the DHL site and their own tracking page says 'waiting for pickup'. This all happened before it snowed anywhere so they can't blame the weather. Customer support is just a chatbot. Requesting an agent does nothing - all agents are busy...

Every time I am looking for a more natural, cleaner label supplement or product, my go to is lucky vitamin. Just recently my husband came home with some whitening strips for his teeth and when I read the ingredients, I begged him not to use them. I did a little research on this sight and found a great natural alternative. I love how this website has such thorough descriptions and tons of information if you are looking for, or needing it.

I live in Australia. I ordered some digestive enzymes from Lucky Vitamin during a sale they had on. I browsed the reviews for the site afterward and grew concerned I wouldn’t receive my order. They shipped it quite promptly though and although it took a little for the courier services to deliver it (which isn’t really to the company’s fault), it was nothing unreasonable. With the pandemic and increase in online ordering I expected as such. They also responded quickly to my message to them and gave detailed information. All up, it was a positive experience and I would order from them again. If you have your doubts I would recommend paying extra for insurance/ tracking.
