Great seller and fast delivery
Ordered 6 tubs, 4 arrived damaged! Poorly packaged. Customer service good in immediately agreeing to send out replacements & dispose of damaged ones. Ordered another 4 and again poorly packed so 1 arrived broken. Again helpful customer service and replacement sent. Ordered from them because price 20% below anyone else but hassle of replacements costly for them and a pain for the customer. If you are serious about mail order, sort out your dispatch process!

The first company to have the tree in stock! Two other companies had taken my money only to inform me a few days later they were out of stock. I was kept well informed about the delivery and which courier to expect. The tree was carefully packed when it arrived, and it matches the space I intended it for. I hadn't realised until now that i could order online from Longacres so I got the pot I wanted in the size and colour that was just right!
I give you 5 stars and no stars for Yodel. The delivery was due on Tuesday, 22nd October but did not arrive. They delivered the next day - no explanation as to why it was delivered a day late. The boxes were delivered upside down so I was wary as to whether the plants would be okay. They seemed to be after putting them back in their proper place and watering. This is not the first time Yodel has let you and me down - perhaps you should think of using a more reliable delivery company.

This is my second purchase from this company. The first one failed to arrive. The second did arrive however the flowers received were neither fresh or of a good quality. On the plus side they did give me a partial refund.Won’t be ordering from them again
