Established in 1979, Longacres is a family-run group of six garden centres in the south east of England. Our flagship Bagshot store is the largest independent garden centre in the south of the country. We've been selling online since 2002 and have two purpose-built warehouses for stock and packing. The only reason for 3 stars was the use of Yodel as delivery carrier. Had to make 3 visits to the local depot to collect as they were unable to find my item and kept telling me it wasn’t there. Only when I could show photographic evidence of my chat confirming they had had my item since my first visit did they actually look for it and find it. I would suggest using a diff ent carrier with live tracking. Yodel might be cheap however systems are antiquated. Other than that Longacres dispatched my item promptly, price was fair and packaging was good (which is difficult for a long handled Lawn Rake)

Very high quality flowers for very good price
Excellent service, recently received some broken pots which were replaced promptly. I order garden pots on a regular basis from Longacres. As they have a good supply & choice at a reasonable price.

Very clean well presented and full of quality affordable products for everyone. A superb restaurant with a delicious and varied menu and if you just want tea and cake, well, thats available too. If you want the full magical Christmas experience then Longacres has everything you could wish for. Warm and friendly staff make visiting this store a joy.
Had an issue with order I rang and spoke to a polite lady and she was so helpful they sent me out a replacement straight away with no issues would use this company again
