Delivery men were very friendly. Disappointingly, no expected delivery time had been given but fortunately it arrived fairly early in the morning so I didn’t have to wait in all day for it.

Ordered it as a present for a family member as he builds a Christmas village every year it arrived with in a few days. Opened the parcel to ensure it was in working condition very happy with it
Not up to usual standards. Email confirmation that full order was available but when I can do pick it up 2 products were missing. Guys at the pick up point were great and found me a suitable alternative so they get 5/5 but online team get the 3/5!

Excellent garden furniture at a good price with smooth delivery
I collected my order on the afternoon stated but unfortunately the hedgehog planter was damaged. The lady on the desk was very helpful and apologetic and straight away re ordered a new one for me. The store also phoned me when the new order had arrived, so I didn't have a wasted journey. Happy with the help given. Thankyou
