Because we are a small close knit company with just 10 employees we are able to really concentrate on customer care which has been the driving force behind our continued growth despite the harsh economic climate. The live foods are competitively priced, even when postage is included. They are dispatched quickly. Unfortunately, sometimes Royal Mail does not match their efficiency. That is the only fly in the ointment.
I've been using this website for a while, never had any issues. When a UV tube got delivered broken, livefood instantly sent me a replacement. I'm really happy with their service and prices!
have never had any problems with livefood uk ltd and as i live relatively close i'm proud to use a local supplier, the best experience i can share is when i placed a large order at about lunch time one day it was delivered to me at 5 o'clock the same day by the owner, now to me that is outstanding customer service, but even on smaller orders the service is excellent. 5 stars should be 10
I was very disapointed in the mealworms I ordered they was'nt fresh,and I know this because of the condition of them in the bag when I opened it, the mealworms were hardly alive and were covered completley in their own poo and they stank to high heaven I had to sieve all the mealworms first, they were disgusting,I did phone Livefoods about this and they said that there was nothing they could do about it, I did'nt want any free handouts, but to make sure they put a note on my order file to be sure that I only get fresh mealworms delivered in the future.

I ordered a few decorations for my vivs and was very pleased! Two hides and a cactus! My beardies loved them!!!! The locusts I bought in half bulk were brilliant and the majority alive!! Unlike at pet shops!! However, the large ones were really big, so if you buy a size from a shop, go one size down and just feed them up!!!!! Really pleased with everything and would recommend the company!!!
I started using Livefood UK because I was badly let down by my original supplier, I wrote them a letter of my dissatisfaction and the reply was unbecoming of a vendor to a customer, since I have used Livefoods UK I cannot think of anything other than fresh produce, speedy delivery and the prices are fantastic very competitive.
Use livefoods.co.uk! Their stock is superb quality and all our pets love the live food we get from them. Quick delivery (next day) and regularly order from them. Would only use someone else in a quick pinch, otherwise it's only livefoods.co.uk for our reptiles and hedgehogs :)
this compony is really good i ordered a half bulk pack of medium locusts and 25 pinkys and i made a game of moving the 50 locusts into tubs

Livefood.co.uk is my one stop shop for reptile supplies; food or otherwise. The quality/quantity of the live insects is second to none, delivery is prompt and well packaged and customer service is responsive and understanding. On the few occassions I've had an issue with an incorrect item sent, Livefood.co.uk have resent the item at no extra cost; no questions asked. I'm definitely a loyal customer!
