Because we are a small close knit company with just 10 employees we are able to really concentrate on customer care which has been the driving force behind our continued growth despite the harsh economic climate. Easy to use website, with a good range of products, many of which are a lot cheaper than you'd find them in your local pet shop. Live food is particularly good value, and always arrives quickly and lasts well. I have been ordering from here for years now and am always happy with them.
Difficult to judge as delivery did not arrive for 2 days and everything had defrosted. Not livefoods fault and they refunded immediately. Has made me worried about ordering again and then refreezing items that are starting to defrost

Livefood UK Ltd has a great range of goods offering live food with pre-cooked meals for my blue tongue skink and wild birds. The delivery is really prompt and 99% of the time the foods arrive on time and in good condition - the new courier service is much better than the old one. The company offers good value for money - the pre-packed foods are much cheaper than my old supplier! The quality of the foods is great - they arrive in good condition and last a decent period of time. I have no complaints!

Navigation and purchasing on the website was a breeze. I bought my items on Monday afternoon, they were dispatched Tuesday and arrived at my house in Wicklow (Ireland) on the Friday morning. (This was with the free standard postage) The locusts came well packaged in a box marked 'live food'. I ordered a mega tub of 25 but there were upwards of 30 in there and they were fresher than any locusts I have gotten here in Ireland. Since my nearest pet shop that sold good quality live food has closed down (Greystones) I will be getting my food from this website in the future. It even works out cheaper!!! 25+ locusts for £4.99 + free postage
I am a returning customer to Livefood UK. I love feeding the wild birds, especially at this time of year and they love the live meal worms I get from Livefoods. Live meal worms are expensive to buy from retail shops and come in tiny quantities that my blackbirds would vacuum up in one go! Through Livefoods UK I can buy in quantity - usually a kilo at a time and at a price that is affordable. In return I get the pleasure of watching a wide array of wild birds come to the feeder and have even had the joy of hand feeding a robin - or was it two robins? My recent order was delivered within 48 hours, all in good order and very well packaged. I shall certainly be ordering again from Livefoods UK.
I had a small problem and my order was re-sent no bother, great customer service - everything well packed, plenty of bubble wrap :) Just a shame about RM taking so long - even with 'live insects' tape all over the box - not so live nor frozen after a 4 day weekend in the sorting office!! Thanks
I always get great service from Livefood. They are extremely efficient and I have never had to wait longer than a next day delivery. They deliver the right item on time everytime. I highly recommend them!
