Ordered 3 time now and there had always been something wrong first time missing live food and dead, second time dead when arrived and missing again and today got some more live food and there were 14 dead theses r all locus extra large and adult ones disgraceful

I have ordered from this company for over 12 months now. Only ever had one small problem when the livefood we ordered was too big but they sent replacement out and I received it the next day. The order system is easy and they keep you up dated via email

I have been using life foods for approximately 6months now and they have been absolutely fantastic! on many occasions I have had to cancel an order, change and order and even order food at the last minute and they have responded promptly to my emails. I have a regular order that come every 2 weeks and it is like clockwork. They offer a prompt, friendly and reliable service, perfect.

Ordered two boxes of standard sized mealworms as I'm getting tired of popping to the pet shop in the town centre whenever my pygmy hedgehog needs more live foods. There were a lot of companies that came up on google, and I just went with the first one that looked good to me. The mealworms came quickly, there's lots of them in there, they're all in good condition, the hedgehog loves them and I haven't had to drive into town and pay for parking! Only thing I would say is that the mealworms didn't come in any kind of bran or food, so I had to stick a bit in myself, but for the price I paid for them, that's fine. Will use again.
every time we purchase livefood from livefood.co.uk we are over the moon at the quality. We have made purchases from other companies and have always been disappointed with the quality and even the size differences. The only disappointing thing is they do not sell morio worms anymore, but that is a minor thing. We have bought from livefoods from day one and will continue to do so for as long as the prices are as good as they are. The items such as sand and bedding to bulbs and bulb fixtures are by far the best quality, Livefoods are quick to rectify any problem and I am still amazed at how fast the delivery is. I quite often order live foods off this website for my lizards, there is a great selection of bedding, accessories and reptile health supplements. The insects are always in great condition with great postage speed, I highly recommend this online store.
This company is such good value for money; the insects arrive in tip top condition and live for ages. Fragile items such as lightbulbs are well packed. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I have used this company for a number of years now and have i must admit their customer service is unmatched! Prompt delivery every time, and 99% of the time there are no problems and as for the 1% that do have problems, livefood uk are quick to fix it! They have eaxcellent communication and if the order arrives not to standard, they have been extremely helpful in fixing whatever problems there have been from replacing dead food to replacing faulty bulbs! Infact i have never been let down and would recommend them to anyone. Keep it up guys!
