To be honest I was not sure about changing provider but really glad I switched to Lit Fibre. The product and deal was sold to me by Carl Brice Sales Rep who was excellent. I had a few queries after signing up which I called him about. He addressed these straight away and called me back when he said he would. Great deal, big upgrade on speeds, it’s cheaper than previous provider and excellent service both before and after installation. The fitting was flexible to suit the customer so really pleased. Can’t fault it and would highly recommend.

Carl Brice (Sales Rep) approached me very professionally and was very clear with what was on offer. There was no nonsense getting setup and I look forward to fast broadband in the next few days. Would recommend.

Carl was brilliant when I had questions about the package options and installation and provided a quick and accurate service. The guys who came to install the new cables and router etc (Jack and someone else) were also fantastic and didn’t leave any mess at all! Overall a great service. I have also found the connection to be really good and we get great speeds even in hard to reach areas of our house.

Jack R was well within the schedule. He worked efficiently was courteous. A great ambassador for Lit.

Having decided to have a fast broadband service I narrowed my search to a couple of suppliers and was happy to meet an agent of LIT FIBRE ltd. Mr Carl Brice. Carl took the time to answer all of my questions about his company and the services they offer in a professional and friendly manner, I'm pleased to say I signed up. (Installation team were very good as well)

Excellent time keeping and communication. The installation was a smooth process from ordering, speaking to customer service to the installation Engineer. Daniel arrived on time and explained the process . Neat and tidy work plus excellent follow up customer service . A company that promptly answer all calls and e mails. Would recommend Lit completely.

My contract was up for renewal and Lit Fibre did not dissappoint. Luke Buckley their Clacton-on-sea sales rep even visited my home to discuss renewal options and managed to save me £15 per month! on my current package. Steve was my engineer today. He was on time very polite done a quick clean job and connected my tv and devices for me. Excellent service.

Following a cold call by a sales representative from Lit, Carl Brice we agreed to switch to Lit from Plusnet. At first we had some reservations but a phone call to customer services enabled us to ask our ‘technical’ questions directly with an engineer, the engineer also came out to our property to walk us through the installation and our reservations. The installation went smoothly and were very happy with the switch to Lit

My engineer was respectful, even when asking for permission from neighbours as I live in a maisonette, so drilling and running cable was needed for the process of his(Pete the engineer's) job. All was efficient and speedy as is the broadband speed. As for the equipment, it's smart and slimline. I can't even notice the cable installation. Ticks all 📦 boxes The service wee's on the provider I'm about to tell to 'do one'. Thanks LIT, nice to finally watch something without it cutting out not just once, but numerous times.

I first met Carl last year when he knocked on my door however I had just signed an 18 month contract with a different provider for 80Mb. Fast forward 1 year and I droppped him a mail. He responded quickly and offered a brilliant deal so after a few days (no pushy hurry up emails) I decided to go for it. He signed me up on my behalf so it was easy - I just picked an install date! Service hasn’t gone live yet but I’m going to assume install goes aswell as sign up. From other reviews it looks like the service is very good.
