Quick in answering phone call …and very patient with an old couple that are not technically minded…promised to call back and did despite our previous experiences from other companies..This was a fault that occurred after a power cut where the internet was live but Wi-Fi not working on any units..Thanks Ian

I Thought the price was to good to be true. So fully expected poor customer service. I have honestly experienced the complete opposite. The call centre is extremely fast and helpful to deal with. The engineer 'Alex' that installed our new Internet was brilliant (Friendly,respectful of the property and had it all ready to go in no time. Having been with several providers over the years, I can honestly say having Lit Fiber is fantastic. My Internet speeds have been at 990mb hardwired and around 400mb wifi consistently. Highly recommended. 5*
Arrived on time and the whole process lasted bang on 2 hours. The technician (Yusif) was friendly and efficient, included me in the process and even offered to hoover the dust from the hole he drilled. Internet was up and running as soon as he finished the installation.

Carl Brice, the sales representative from Lit Fibre, contacted me just before my old broadband contract expired. Carl answered my questions in full and in a professional manner, arranging the installation of my Lit Fibre connection at a time to suit me. Will, the installation Engineer, arrived on time as agreed, but someone had parked on the pavement over the telecomms access pit outside my house. Will was kind enough to return later in the day and complete the connection of the fibre to my house, once the parked car had gone. I now have a Lit Fibre connection and this has been working fine for 1 month, delivering up and down speeds as per the contract. The Customer Support team are accessible and give speedy responses. Also the My Lit Fibre app is useful, offering monitor and control of my internet connection and the devices connected.
