Carl was friendly although I did get confused with how to keep my land line which I ended up not doing. Very hard to trust callers at the door these days but Carl did take the time to reassure me that the call was genuine.

I had never heard of Lit before but I was fed up of my current broadband supplier poor WiFi, I was having issues with daily crashing. Joining Lit was fast and easy and I could not believe how soon I was able to join. I did have an issue but they dealt with it very well and quickly. Most important thing and I know it's only been 2 weeks but my WiFi is now amazing all over my home. I have pad for the Lit 1000 and paid more for 2 meshes on top for my 3 bedroom home and I have no complaints at all. The speeds I get are amazing. I'm getting more upload speed now then I used to get as my download!

Really nice guy that fitted our fibre. He asked us where we wanted the new box to sit and was informative and pragmatic about wire placement to avoid drilling more holes in our walls.

Installation was smooth as can get. Chris was fantastic. Hassle free install and left the area tidy. Chris kept me well informed throughout the whole process.

Our engineer Daniel was very helpful and professional whilst maintaining friendly, pleasant conversation as he worked. The whole process was very quick and he made sure to triple check the broadband speed for us before he left.

Good experience in setting up the service over the phone. Josh was knowledgeable about the product and services. Installation was carried out excellently by Peter with a good discussion about the route for the cable and neat cabling. Now enjoying full fibre speeds compared to BT copper.

Great value for money with no mid-term price hikes. The speed is excellent too. The salesperson, Nathan, was very helpful and came back a couple of times, firstly to go through where the new cables might have to go and then after the installation to see if everything went okay.
