Very good LED strip lights for an upgrade in my garage, much brighter than the 2 fluorescent lights that I had and cheaper to run. Also delivery was prompt.
No correspondence from LEDHut at all once order placed, won't answer calls or emails - useless!

Very good service this time
Good products and service but there was a bit of ambiguity over the postage and packing charges so I was not 100% sure what I would be charged until I reached the final checkout stage.

Great service from LED Hut. Ordered online and items arrived three days later, however I had ordered the wrong wattage. Returned the items and Tamara in Customer Services could not have been more helpful in terms of acknowledging receipt of the returns and issuing the replacements. Top service from these guys.

The packing was knot good I two broken.
Customer Services were initially good, but the light they referred did not match my notified specified requirements. It also needed a secondary fitting kit that was out of stock. The driver was wired up totally different from my present hard wired one, so needs an electrician to fit. Also they disappeared once I'd told them about my issues what a disappointment as previously they were good.
First class service and product
Everything delivered swiftly, all worked and led tubes vast improvement over original tubes.
