The ordering process was not straightforward as the filters switched products. The advertised discount proved ineligible, and a delivery charge was levied despite free delivery being offered for purchases over £25. Subsequent e-mails querying this were ignored. The order itself was delivered promptly and largely met requirements, though differing bulb size brought some difficulty.

Bulbs have worked thus far but high rating is based on service; in particular how LED Hut handled package being lost by Hermes - replacements sent immediately via a different courier.
Deliveries are prompt, accurate and well-packed.
Bought 20+ Lumilife GU10 7W LED light bulbs. They claim 15 year lifespan. I did not use them all at once, but in general I have found they last a year at the most. Sent a bunch back to LED hut (its there own brand) to investigate- I have heard nothing. so poor product, and poor support.
Bought cool white lamps, really good bright light. First rate delivery but postage a bit steep
The LED lights I wanted were out of stock. I was contacted when they were back in stock, I ordered and they arrived next day. Great service.
