I purchased a lantern roof back in April 2022. Form the day one I was well informed regarding my order. Mr Matt dealt with my order, he is a SUPER STAR, provided all information regarding order. The main reason for leaving this feedback is that after few months a small issue arises with the product. So I contacted Mr Matt through email and within "23 minutes" I received acknowledgment email from Mr Matt, and after "54 minutes" received another email from him including the resolution of my issue. Now that's out of this world "Customer service". Thank you so much.

Very good customer service ordered aurora windows and the flashing kit instructions are not in English and are a bit difficult to understand rang the company and the chap I spoke too was very helpful and forwarded me some easier instructions by email.would definitely deal with them again

Had no issues with my purchase from LB Supplies - item as described, decent price and fast dispatch/delivery. Perhaps the delivery cost is a bit high, but pretty much every site I looked at for my item had the same or higher, and delivery was quick. Would shop again if I needed something else!
