Received the skylight opener really quick. Unfortunately it was faulty. One quick call to them and they were super efficient and sent another identical one which was perfect. I offred for the faulty one to be returned, but they send not to worry. Good helpful service and excellent after service too. Would recommend

I purchased 2 Aurora roof windows and flashing kits, when my builder was about to fit the windows, he discovered no fitting kits in either box, this wasn’t disclosed in the description, as an item that would need to be purchased separately, we had to purchase 2 universal fitting kits from Screwfix at a cost of £72, I have mailed LB supplies for an explanation and have been ignored, the windows themselves are great, the company maybe not so much

Very helpful. My loft window needed a blind but it was an old loft window. They helped me find the correct blind which, although the instructions were rubbish, did fit. I thought since it was old I would have a problem but I didn't.
The material I ordered was incorrect. It was my fault. But LB accepted it back and reimbursed me for it. It was extremely well packaged with bubble wrap and the customer service was really friendly and helpful.

Very good structure and good instructions , the only criticism we have is the small screws that hold the caps on ends of the fillings we're to small and didn't actually tighten up so it was hit and miss if they stayed in place while the silicone set ,but other than that very pleased with the over all construction
