Respond to your query = very good Delivery = very good Price = very good (bought item on offer) Packaging = good Instruction = needs improvement Fitting = not bad (need a star head screw bit and screws are a bit longer than 25mm which means could go through the roof membrane) Bought two roof windows and fitted both in. All seems OK (it has ben raining) just need to see how long it last.
