i ordered a window that the website stated came with the foil collar (RUC), when it and other parts didn't arrive i was told that it was not included, i sent a screen shot of the description that stated free RUC with this window. to date no collar but the other missing parts did arrive. having spent nearly £2500 in windows i didn't expect this to be a problem for it to be sent out.

Hi the decking boards are a good price but the delivery charge is expensive so the total price is similar or more expensive than other competitors

Very impressive good quality and price, roof was difficult to put up needed a lot more hands on board, but there in the end, very pleased with end product.
I went to web chat to enquire delivery timescale. I was told if order is placed before 2pm it will be dispatched for next day delivery. I asked twice if that was definite and was told yes. I ordered at 1.38pm on a Thursday so theoretically it should have been with me Friday. Had no dispatch confirmation by 8pm Thursday. No e mail Friday morning. Contacted them and was told it will be delivered Monday. 3 days after I was told it would be delivered. I must add that all staff I dealt with were very polite and friendly when contacted but as I am self employed that was a costly mistake to me. After all that the product is great and very well packaged. Don’t promise if you can’t deliver.

The customer service is very good and the staff are helpful answering any questions very quickly . When it comes to assembling the pergola , the post screws were missing and the instructions need to be a lot clearer . Maybe numbering A-B the parts would make it easier . Overall , great quality .
