He was informative, patient & dealt with my call & enquiry in an excellent manner - to the point where I decided to buy 2 super king mattresses, there & then, for delivery to London. I was very impressed ( & I’m not an easy man to please, Lol).

There is an enormous choice of beds and mattresses on the website. Lucy was helpful in guiding me through the various options helping me to focus on my needs. Lots of detail available to assist making a final decision on product selection.

Charlotte went to no end of trouble to answer my many queries over a couple of weeks in order to find me the closest she could to what I wanted in an adjustable bed. Of course I can give no final opinion until I have slept in the bed for a week!

Excellent sale price - Fast delivery
Greeted on our arrival into a light bright showroom. We were then left alone to wander around and try the beds. We were given clear and unbiased advice about mattresses, delivery etc. once we had tried several beds and there was no pressure to decide at that time. We returned a few days later after researching other options and placed our order.
Well that was an easy decision. With the help of the sales person ( Lady ) Charlie. Who talked 👄 me through what I was buying. I saved just under £700.
I used the online chat and the phones. My queries were answered promptly and efficiently. Charles was extremely politely and so helpful and within minutes my mattress was purchased. I would recommend this family run business.
Good range of bedding and related products. In particular they had the 'Emma' range at competitive prices. My only other comment is that their delivery is a little on the lengthy side, at 4 weeks.
