Customer service at Ladyboss is the BEST!

I love the Vanilla Cake Lean. I drink it every day with low fat milk, a frozen banana, Spinach and a little malt mix and it’s literally the best thing ever. I have been on the Collagen for 3 months now and I don’t notice any difference in skin, hair, nails - nothing. But I’m giving it more time! I bought the peanut butter protein bars and they are the worst things I’ve ever tasted in my life. Tastes like a peanut butter salt water taffy and it’s just awful, I cannot choke it down. When I received my order it had another customers information on the receipt which makes me wonder who has my receipt. I’m not sending them back because they would probably just credit the random person who’s order I got and also because after shipping and restocking fees I wouldn’t get anything back. Customer service will harass you to death when you try to cancel your subscription. Rebuttal after rebuttal after rebuttal. Also had to block their “coaches” that wouldn’t stop calling. I’m sticking to the Lean because I haven’t found any protein powder I like as much as this one. Just leaving an honest review.

I've been in this main LadyBoss community for over a year but just now went through my first 28 Day Challenge. Squad 70 will be wrapping up on Sun 9/26 & I am on track to get my Platinum certificate by stacking all the points for each week on top of the next for the whole month! I like that this Squad is ending a few days before my birthday. So instead going straight into another challenge or doing them every month or so, I like the idea of doing the September group every year to give me good boost before my bday & before all the holiday temptations start. To keep my progress on track, I want to be active in the main LadyBoss Community page & actually start utilizing all the great benefits of the pocket trainer that I have had for prob a year & only really used sporadically when I would get on a kick about healthy meals. Here's to replacing random motivation with consistent lifestyle choices. Growing up in a perfectionist household: #ProgressNotPerfection will be hard but that way I wont quit as soon as I fall below perfection.

I love everything about LadyBoss lean, the bars and the challenge! I started not knowing what I was doing and I accepted the 28 day challenge. I found out a lot about myself, ways I need to improve and the challenge gave us the material to do it! Plus, you also have a community of women, sisters actually, helping and rooting for you along the way! Giving you the support you need to keep going. I honestly believe this was the best thing I could ever stumble on. I can’t thank Kaelin and her team enough for helping me!

Great customer service and products and community!

This company itself is awful. The lean is good. But it’s not good enough to deal with the awful customer service and them pulling unauthorized money out of your account at random times and not refunding it. Will never order from here again.

This community really helped me out of my depression funk and feel more like the old me. It was the boost I needed. I would recommend giving it a shot.

I absolutely love this 28 day challenge! It’s been an amazing experience, great long lasting friendships with ladies who know my struggle, love the accountability portion for ur daily tasks, and was awesome to learn amazing details about my dieting, exercise, and everything I needed to change for myself. I loved this group so much! Imma miss everyone in here, I love how I got to try this free, and the daily coach check in was a even better bonus. It’s live, they communicate with u, and are super great at what they do! Highly recommend doing this program if ur new to ladyboss, have no idea where to start in ur journey bc this is the program for u.

Well at first we had the wrong address but we fixed it I received my order and my second order just fine. I was helped immediately and fast shipping too. Very satisfied

Everything came boxed up nicely and in a timely matter.

Shake was way too sweet, I couldn’t even get it down. Peanut butter bar was almost unchewable and I threw it away.

I ordered 2 boxes of protein bars and somehow got charged for a membership? I contacted support and they got back to me within 24hrs. She didn’t try to talk me into to keeping the membership just simply said no problem, we will cancel your membership.

Absolutely love the Lemon Lady Boss Lean. By far it's my favorite so far .I wish you would come out with travel pack of the flavors we could pick and choose our flavors to take on vacation prepacked no hassles of measuring just a suggestion.

The flavors of the vanilla and chocolate brownie are awesome. It is good for you and you can mix them with other flavors to make a healthy shake. Love them! In addition everyone in the Ladyboss community is very supportive and positive!

I placed an order on the August 18th and it just got delivered today September 1st. The box was damaged & squashed as well as partially opened. Thankfully the products inside were not damaged. Due to it taking 2 weeks to receive my items I tried to cancel my subscription online and it says I have to call in order to cancel my subscription. I just find that highly inconvenient.

I have been doing Ladyboss for almost 4 months now and I cannot say enough good things about the company. The shakes are amazing and so versatile, I love the protein bars, and I'm now on my 3rd 28 day Challenge and feel better than I have in years! Since I started drinking the shakes and doing challenges, I've lost almost 50lbs! Thank you so much Ladyboss! You really are a game changer!
