From ordering to delivery.. great service. The tuff tray is excellent for child’s play and imaginative development. I have used it for sand, kinetic sand, lentils, stones and water using vehicles etc to develop imagination. Three height levels from 2 years old upward.

I ordered a tuff tray for my son’s birthday, it should have been 5-7 days delivery so I ordered it 8 days before his birthday. I emailed KUB a couple of days before his birthday because the tracking number was still showing as not dispatched. I didn’t receive a response to the email, and looked for a phone number (there isn’t one as far as I can tell). Ended up sending a message on Facebook too. Heard nothing back for a further 2 days (well past my son’s birthday), and messaged again requesting a refund. Then I got a message saying that they’d dispatched a second tuff tray out. I went onto PayPal to open a dispute, as KUB weren’t responding in reasonable time. This led to me emailing Daniel, the owner of KUB, who did get my refund processed very quickly once I finally got in touch with him. Really disappointing service from this company. Definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

I had been searching everywhere for a rocking chair that wouldn't break the bank and came across this one on sale. Sometimes it takes forever for parcels to reach us in Northern Ireland but this was here in less than 3 days, I couldn't believe it! It was simple to put together & is really good quality. Really happy with my purchase!

Good product and very quick delivery. I can imagine that some people might have difficulty in assembling the chair as the graphic instructions are not very clear. I did not want the foot-stool so I have not assembled this item, it would be good if this part was optional.

I was jubious of buying from a website I'd never heard of however after reading reviews I went ahead and risked it. I'm so glad I did. The rocking chair came within 3 days of ordering. The kind delivery man brought it into my chosen room as he could see I was pregnant. The chair was wrapped with so much care. Each separate piece was cautiously protected so that there were no scratches on them. The chair had to be built but I managed to do that myself with ease at 6 months pregnant. It came with all fixtures and fittings required. The chair is lightweight but sturdy and good quality and it is perfect for my small nursery.

I purchased a much cheaper tuff tray and it was a huge let-down. I purchased another one from your website and it’s perfect; great quality and good value for money. Delivery was really quick too. Thank you.

Bought a rocking chair from Kub and received a piece from a different chair. Contacted the company and had to chase them up for an actual response. I did get a response and apology for the error, and was told the correct piece would be sent urgently. I’ve yet to receive it. ***30/03 - still not arrived. I want a refund!****
