everything was as shown no subs. got here on timley manner . the sales people were very friendly an helpful. only thing i didn't like was the shipping cost trows my resale pricing off

Processing of order takes over a week. Have to call customer service regularly and items are listed on website that are out of stock.

This company’s customer service could put any company to its test. The wrong product got sent to me that could have been a disaster for my daughters birthday party but they resolved the issue quickly, professionally and friendly- they dissolved my frustration immediately and I have no doubt the correct products will arrive before the party on Saturday

eASY TO PLACE ORDERS, FAST SERVICE.

I had rec'd 1 wrong item with the latest shipment. Kole Imports is sending the corrected item and I was told not to return the wrong item. While reviewing this adjustment, Kole employee, Michael, looked back at a 9/2017 order, where I purchased chalk, with much of the chalk broken when it arrived. Chalk boxes had not been wrapped in any protective material. Michael told me Kole would make that right and would send some additional chalk my way. I explained my purchases were for Operation Christmas Child Shoebox ministry, which Michael said he was quite familiar with as well. I appreciate Kole Imports corrections to my orders. Thanks You.
