Not all packages have been delivered I am still waiting for two packages even though all 12 were booked into your carriers site, only 10 have been delivered causing problem's with packaging our goods. I did swend an email on the day od delivery, I received one back saying wait until the next day and see what happens it is now day 3.

Incredible. I bought some packaging boxes last minute and I had to make a change to my order. I changed my shipping address and also asked them politely to ship my order as quick as possible due to me requiring the packaging quickly. They changed my address and I received my order within 48h! I could not of asked for better customer service and exceptional shipping along with the high quality products. Even though it was my fault for leaving the order to last minute. Kite Packaging handled everything. Thank you Kite. Genuinely couldn’t of asked for a better service 🤝
Easy to find what we needed on the web site. Good explanations of the various tapes etc. Only let down was delivery as parcel left in rain, tape and gun ok but carrying soggy box a nightmare.
