As with every other Kite Packaging order I have received, the items are never what I would consider properly protected during transit. Plastic wrap, which allows damage to a few of the items is not really satisfactory. You would have thought that a packaging company would take more care over others products. Even before we use them, several of the boxes are damaged on arrival.
Item as described. Excellent seller's communication. Great company - I would highly recommend it to all! I am not happy with delivery service only, as they didn't follow instructions provided.

The link to provide info about delivery and tracking opened ok but once details complete the info was not useful, having to check constantly if your delivery was on the way is awful, the option of "in transit" did not highlight until long after delivery driver had gone, it was pure coincidence I was still in the car, not left, when vehicle arrived. Previous deliveries had arrived in a given time slot by carrier The package was shrink wrapped with products loose on pallet, not ideal as once wrap taken off the boxes went everywhere
i’m still waiting on a delivery from a number of weeks ago !!! you sent me the wrong thing and i’m still waiting for what i have paid for !!!!
always good service and a quick delivery . Also had a good subcontractor driver who was also very helpful. Simple easy to use website.
Postage tubes arrived promptly but they were packaged poorly, simply wrapped in plastic wrap at both ends. 2-3 of the tubes suffered damage because of this.
