Very quick delivery order arrived as booked and on time.
I placed an order and it was showing as processing in the system. I no longer required the order and called to cancel but was informed I could not cancel it as it has already been sent to the warehouse for picking. I don't understand why they cannot contact the warehouse and cancel an order that hasn't even been picked yet. It is a waste of time just to deliver to be returned. Also the delivery driver signed for the parcel forging my signature as no one was home and left the parcel at the back of the property outside in the rain when it had no cover. It was cardboard boxes now soaked and even more useless. No card was left to let me know it ha been delivered.
Reliable packaging service, next day delivery option really useful for peak times. Friendly driver who brings pallets inside for us.
Item not in stock, received an notification that the item would be restocked at the end of Jan, asked for a change of colour item which they had in stock, agreed this then they sent with DX parcel not received, contact them they just stated its in transit, still no item
The shipping price for next day delivery (£25 incl VAT) is extortionate and way above what is acceptable. The product itself is great but those overpriced shipping costs put me off returning

Because there were items out of stock our order was delayed. This means we had unnecessary problems with our customers.

Repeatedly the delivery driver does not deliver to the office door but leaves it at the front door of the building making it very inconvenient to have to transport boxes on our own. I would suggest reevaluating your delivery service.
