Purchasing from Kite is always 100% free of hassle - the products are a good price, they always send the right items, the invoice with PO number is available almost immediately (something that a lot of retailers don't seem to be able to manage!) and delivery is always faster than expected. The products supplied were sub standard and printed with their own logo, when I queried it They asked me to arrange a return using a courier at my own expense, I shan't use them again.
