Am replacing baskets that I bought about 10 years ago. I had thought the old ones were British made but they weren’t, and the difference in quality and build is tremendous. I bought 2 large oval log baskets from John Cowan, as we have a couple of wood burning stoves which get a lot of use October to March each year. John’s baskets are robust handsome beasts and look sturdy enough to see me out!!
