Brilliant service. Purchased a large round pot style log basket. Great to get what we wanted made in the UK instead of an import. They were originally not in stock but we could leave a request to be informed when they were next available. This was answered within a week, the order placed and a tracked parcel delivered the next week. Lovely, well made, sturdy basket for the logs at Christmas. Thank you.
