I bought two small log baskets. I asked for assurance that the baskets would fit the space I had available. John was super careful, checking the measurements with me via email. He kept in touch to let me know when he was making and posting the baskets. Excellent customer care. The baskets are beautiful and sturdy and a joy to look at and to use.
