I was looking for a genuine British made shopping basket made with UK products. John Cowan caught my attention and his reviews were good. I can not be more pleased with my new basket. It’s beautifully made and strong. The smell of it when I opened the box reminded me of the countryside. Packaging is all recyclable and it arrived within a few days. I’ll definitely be buying from him again.

I chose a medium sized log basket for my friends as a present. Not only did John withhold the invoice (as I requested) but also offered to put a lovely message from us on the hanging tag - what a lovely thought. Not only was it despatched in a quick turn about but also arrived in very beautifully and carefully packed. My friends absolutely LOVE it .... and sent me a lovely photo!
