Excellent service, especially considering lockdowns etc. The model I wanted (Jazz hybrid) was available soon after the order was placed, and delivery was very prompt. And the car is first-rate.
Paul Collins is brilliant, no hard sell/pressure (some sales people could learn from this - looking at you Toyota Cambridge!). This is the second car I have bought from Paul. He is confident of the product he is selling and respects the customer’s concerns. Purchasing a new car under COVID conditions is odd, but Paul made the whole process so easy.
