Bought my jazz from John banks Ipswich Edward the salesman was very helpful and understanding as we were still in lockdown.He transported it from Cambridge to Ipswich so I could view the car nothing was to much trouble. This was my third jazz I have brought from them and probably not the last. Would recommend anyone to use them.

Purchasing a new car is sometimes a real pain with sales staff giving the hard sell on extras, gap insurance, extra treatments on paint upholstery. What a nice change, my salesman Nick quickie caught on that we were not interested in ad ons and left it at that. On arrival on collection day, Nick had everything ready for a speedy handover. Although we never felt that he trying to get rid of us, insisted on ensuring we were completely satisfied with the handover. He notified DVLA that we had sold our pc and taxed our new purchase. I called on one day and left with the perfect bike for my son the very next day. As a new rider I was given advice on the model for him and what he would need to go with it .My unusual request to leave with a bike immediately as it was a surprise present was met with yes we can. The service was 10/10 and I would definitely recommend to others. All the Covid rules that were still in force were covered and I felt in safe hands. Both bike and customer service are faultless

Exemplary service from Motability rep at John Banks. There was total observation of all Covid-19 regulations at the time, and an opportunity to test drive the car. Most other communications were by phone and email. I was sent I was sent video links showing the special features of this car and a copy of an online handbook. Handover occurred on time and without hitch due to digitally enabled exchange of documents.

I went to the dealership after seeing an advert on Autotrader, when I arrived I was told the advert was wrong and I had to pay £435 more than stated. At this point I had turned down two other cars so I paid reluctantly under the impression Autotrader was responsible. After chasing Autotrader for two weeks, it turns out that the dealership is responsible. Don't trust them, they are now blaming the manufacturer..... It's everyone else's fault apparently
